bad day..

A bad day for Nicholas, his ippt test was like wtf ? Have u got to do so badly especially when its the Secom selection? I'm sorry Nicholas, come back stronger next yr. Seeing his own future fail b4 him, he had awaken from his dreamland. He could not believe his own eyes and ears. He turns his back and suddenly become another man. He tell himself he wanted to torture his body and wanted himself to remember the taste of defeat. Even if his body could not take it, he still want his target to be achieved. He sallow defeat and transform it into a unlimited will of energy to improve, better still surpass him own limit. He vowed that he will take dragonboat training very seriously and will do his best to turn up for every training. He will also must not let his ego fool him thinking he is one of the best of the best. Not yet.

Back from DB. Shack but happy, got to row 2day. I felt something unusual about the current team, its not performing well as expected. Can sense that some have attitude problems... Theres always up and down in a team, think its the "down" time, partly maybe caused by CYN. Some might have given up.. Our coach cum teacher, Mr Raymond didn't changed a single abit, still as demanding haha. Its been quite a while that i had charged up in the water haha.. Shiok man~ But i think my batch did better ba, coz of the togetherness and spirit. Going to have a nap soon and later in the evening, still have my relative to visit... Btw the new series Naruto Shippuude was nice. Can expect great episode ahead!

"Suffered" life without a car.. have to take the forever slow bus to kallang mrt station, squeezed into the damn mrt.. Wish that all the crowd will just stop beening in my way. (Where is my Subaru??) Then took another bus to the HQ... Haiz, have no even start work, the mood was half gone. Then got informed that some of the nop are returning to their respective NPCs coming next week monday. Good stuff end fast. The rest of us are to stay and teach the new batch of nop. Taken some group photos for memories. Haiz, returning to my marine parade npc on march 3rd.. Luckly to get a 2 days off b4 going back. Hopefully still can remember my stuff in npc LOL. The Secom selection is 2 days away, I'm throwing all i've got. Whether i've got selected or not, its ok.. (damn! its damn not okay if i'm not selected!....) I know i've try my best. Nature has its way of giving and taking, when i was still in training, i loss freedom but i loss weight and maintain my fitness. I can do 16 chin ups. After I've pass out, I gained freedom, but npc life is so suck up that i loss my fitness plus i've put on weight. I remembered i didnt sweat for a mth! Chip ups? How much can i do? Zero. Shamed. Luckily i was on posted to nop for 4 mths, away from npc life, and our good friend DSP danny informed me about the Secom opening its door! Yes! specialist unit! After visiting the open house, i've made up my mind. Sign up for it. I've also decided to go for Lasik which i've been thinking for a few months. And most importantly, pick up my fitness! Did quite a number of runnings and weights, pick up a little here and there. Just 2 weeks back, i was informed that Secom has been calling up selected ppl for medical screening. Y theres no calls for me ? I thought its all over... then few days later, i've received their call. Overjoy of coz, now that they are conducting a IPPT Test follow by a written Test. I just have to wait till monday to see my own result... Im going back to my Dragonboat team training. I know its kindof last min trying to pick up my fitness, but i still have to try my best. I only have this 1 shot to take it.

Went down to Sim lim Square 2day , to help look for my friend's new computer. Finally got his whole set of com at 2.2k including 19 inch LCD and 8800GTS graphic card! Went to his house and got it started up. The black Ninja CPU tower looks just great. So temp to upgrade my motherboard and graphic card but im waiting for 8900GT to be released 1st. Caught bleach 116 from http://yhbt.mine.nu/t/, its getting reali exciting, cant wait for next wk's episode. Im still a bit suspicious of my own ability for next monday SECOM selection, but nevertheless, I will still do my best and God do the rest.

my first blog....

Today is the 3rd day of CYN, gotta quite free to actually start my own blog. However will not be free for too long, gotta 1 more relative to visit later. Looking forward for a new career advancement and a new car in the new year, hopefully get selected for SECOM. It stands for Security command, got my pair of eyes corrected just for this... Yeah! no more glasses! well y i wanna get in ? Pay increases, no uniform, Oakley, tailor-made business suits, mp5 etc, most importantly is the interest. Lots of ppl ask me y did i join ? Most of my weekends and holidays will be burn, less time for family, friends and relationships. Well i said, we work weekends in npc too! My famly is very understanding so no problem. My friends are equally busy. Relationship? erm, gotta find 1 whom understand me. LOL This week, COE falls and falls reali hard! from 11k till now its 5k! It time to get my Subaru! Sign* my parents strongly rejected even i told them i will pay all by myself and its been 16yrs that COE had this kind of price! Know what they say ? Buying a car is easy, but maintaining it is not that easy.... consider the insurance, road tax, ERP, season parking, cashcard, servings...... hmm.. its better to save more 1st ba haha but im still very sad coz i miss this great chance.. (2 of my friends got new lancers!) Last but no least, happy chinese new year! May the new year gives us a better life than last year! :)
